Work Environment

You will work onsite in our rehabilitation facility, which is designed to be a fast-paced yet supportive environment. Our team-oriented space encourages collaboration among healthcare professionals while ensuring that each patient receives individual attention. Our typical work schedule will have you engaged Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, overseeing a steady caseload of approximately seven patients per day.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial evaluations and assessments, identifying patient needs and treatment goals.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique recovery journey.
• Utilize advanced rehabilitation techniques, such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to enhance recovery outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on evolving needs and recovery benchmarks.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient evaluations, treatment protocols, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, occupational therapists, and support staff, to create a comprehensive care approach.
• Provide education and counseling to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their recovery and rehabilitation process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic caters to a diverse patient population, including post-operative orthopedic patients, individuals recovering from sports injuries, and those with chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• Current and valid New York State Physical Therapy License.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; advanced degrees such as a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy are highly preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of outpatient clinic experience, showcasing an ability to adapt to various patient needs.

Preferred Experience

Candidates possessing experience in sports rehabilitation, orthopedic recovery, or manual therapy will be viewed favorably. Compensation and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, in addition to a full benefits package that includes:
