Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop meaningful and trusting therapeutic relationships with patients to create a safe and open dialogue.

• Utilize advanced assessment techniques to diagnose and treat various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.

• Design tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs, which may involve cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, or other evidence-based approaches.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions—both individual and couples sessions—monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan in collaboration with your clients.

• Provide ongoing assessments of patient progress and well-being to ensure therapeutic goals are being met, using standardized measurement tools as applicable.

• Coordinate care effectively by referring clients to specialized resources as needed, maintaining a network of trusted professionals for supplementary support.

• Engage in regular clinical supervision and peer consultations to ensure high-quality care and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize and engage with clients from various backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n
