Thisrole serves as the primary administrator for Viventium, Epay Time Plus,recruiting, benefits, and other workforce systems. The position works closely with departmentleaders to improve workflows, strengthen reporting, and ensure employeeinformation is accurate throughout the entire employment lifecycle. What you will do WorkforceSystems Administration AdministerViventium, Epay Time Plus, recruiting, benefits, and related workforce systems. Configureand maintain employee records throughout the employment lifecycle. Managesystem security, user access, and permissions. Coordinatewith software vendors regarding system enhancements and support. WorkforceData Management Maintainaccurate employee information across all workforce systems. Processapproved employee changes, including hires, transfers, promotions, compensationchanges, leaves, and terminations. Performregular audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Supportunion workforce administration, including classifications, seniority, and wageinformation. Payroll andTimekeeping Support Maintainworkforce data that supports accurate payroll processing. Auditemployee records and timekeeping information prior to payroll. Investigateand resolve workforce data discrepancies in partnership with Payroll andOperations. AdministerEpay Time Plus and support timekeeping processes. Reportingand Process Improvement Developworkforce reports, dashboards, and analytics for management. Identifyopportunities to improve HR and workforce administration processes. Supportsystem implementations, upgrades, and automation initiatives. Documentworkflows and maintain system procedures. Training andInternal Support Trainmanagers on workforce systems and business processes. Provideworkforce systems support to Human Resources, Payroll, Operations, and Finance. Serveas the company’s primary resource for workforce systems administration. What it takes to be successful Required Minimumfive years of HRIS or workforce systems administration experience. Experiencesupporting large hourly workforces. Experienceworking with union employees. Experienceadministering HRIS and timekeeping systems. AdvancedMicrosoft Excel skills. Stronganalytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Bilingualin English and Spanish a must. Preferred Experiencewith Viventium a plus. Experiencewith Epay a plus. Experiencewith recruiting and benefits administration platforms. Experienceimproving HR processes and system workflows.
