Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to determine the mental health needs of clients, collecting relevant history and identifying specific challenges.

• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, adapting them as necessary based on client progress and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients including children, families, and individuals dealing with various mental health issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
