Job Title: Production Operator- $17 to $18

Job Description

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for loading raw materials, such as fabric, into a press machine, and unloading the finished product. You will also recycle excess material and perform quick visual quality checks. Additionally, you will assemble small components into fabric and work diligently to meet daily production standards.

Responsibilities

Essential Skills

• Ability to operate production machinery.
• Skills in loading and unloading materials.
• Capability to perform quality checks.
• Experience in forklift operations.
• Understanding of data center operations.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED suggested but not required.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions.
• Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions.

Work Environment

The position is based in a modern manufacturing facility that is fully automated, reducing the need for heavy lifting. It is a fast-paced environment that is clean and can be warm during the summer. Various policies are in place to ensure a safe working environment. The employee may occasionally be exposed to airborne particles, and the noise level can range from moderate to high.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of JEFFERSONVILLE, IN.

The pay range for this position is $17.25 - $19.00/hr.
