Sales Account Executive

Oceanside, CA Starting Salary: $150,000+ (Base + Bonus Potential) We are partnering with a growing packaging and label manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Sales Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships within the labels and flexible packaging market. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven sales professional with experience selling pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, roll-fed labels, flexible packaging, reclosure solutions, or related packaging products. Key Responsibilities Develop and grow new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships Manage and grow a defined territory and account portfolio. Identify customer challenges and recommend value-driven packaging solutions. Drive profitable revenue growth through consultative selling and strategic account management. Prepare proposals, pricing, and customer presentations. Collaborate with internal operations, production, and customer service teams to ensure successful project execution. Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM records. Stay current on industry trends, materials, printing technologies, and packaging innovations. Qualifications 3+ years of sales experience within labels, flexible packaging, printing, or related packaging industries. Strong knowledge of pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, roll-fed labels, flexible packaging, substrates, adhesives, and printing technologies. Proven track record of achieving sales goals and growing customer accounts. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to develop new business while maintaining and growing existing accounts. Experience working with brand owners, manufacturers, converters, or packaging buyers is highly preferred.
