You will lead go-to-market strategy, build operational systems from scratch, and drive growth through rapid experimentation. This high-ownership role involves wearing multiple hats to define how we acquire students and partner with educational institutions. What You Will Do Own end-to-end customer acquisition and partnership development with schools and educational institutions to drive student growth. Design and implement scalable operational systems and key performance metrics to support the company as it scales from pilots to thousands of users. Conduct deep user research with students and educators to identify pain points and refine the go-to-market strategy through rapid experimentation. The ideal candidate Has 2-5 years of experience in operations, growth, or go-to-market roles at early-stage startups (pre-seed through Series A). Demonstrates a proven track record of building new channels or processes from scratch with measurable outcomes and clear impact.
