Partnering directly with leadership, you will define success profiles, build candidate pipelines from scratch, and scale the go-to-market organization to support a rapidly expanding user base. What You Will Do Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for Sales, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, and Marketing roles. Proactively source and engage high-quality passive talent from leading AI, infrastructure, and developer-tool companies. Collaborate with the Head of Revenue to calibrate searches and build scalable hiring processes for the GTM org. The ideal candidate 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record in GTM hiring for high-growth tech startups. Expertise in sourcing technical and customer-facing profiles within the AI, SaaS, or developer-tools ecosystems.
