Sous Chef
Organica Natural Foods LLC
Duties include but are not limited to: Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff Manage and train kitchen team members Oversee food preparation and ensure quality and consistency Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items and specials Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations Monitor kitchen operations to optimize efficiency and productivity Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role Strong knowledge of food handling, preparation, and production techniques Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong leadership and team management abilities Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Organica Natural Foods LLC
