Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide clinical assessment, screening, and treatment for clients presenting with symptoms of major mental illness and emotional disorders, both in office environments and through teletherapy.

• Maintain a manageable caseload, conducting intake assessments and delivering individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to each client’s needs.

• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated care plans, ensuring that clients have access to essential services.

• Assist in crisis intervention efforts, providing immediate support during critical situations as required.
\n
• Monitor client progress, ensuring adherence to treatment services aimed at addressing their presenting issues while empowering clients in their journey towards wellness.

• Contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the organization by participating in relevant committees and implementing best practices.

• Complete necessary documentation and data submissions in a timely manner to maintain compliance with organizational standards.

• Provide on-call coverage during and after program hours as assigned.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
