Overview Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $36-40 hourly Start Date: Aug 17, 2026 This position is on site in Union Square 5 days per week. We are seeking a highly service‑oriented professional with exceptional attention to detail and a strong background in customer service and investigations, preferably within the insurance, private investigation, or utility industries. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational and data entry skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Running and submitting ISO searches on assigned matters. Requesting social media, background, and medical canvas searches through external vendors. Conducting preliminary investigative work on newly received matters. Assisting with the processing of contractor insurance referrals related to claims matters. Drafting template‑based correspondence to plaintiff attorneys on newly received matters. Requesting FOIL records and NYC Notices of Claim. Providing support with other duties and projects as assigned.
