Construction Accounting Clerk Philadelphia, PA Liberty Personnel is working with a well-established construction client looking to add a Construction Accounting Clerk to their team. Responsibilities include processing mail, invoicing for projects in construction and using Excel & accounting software. Process supplier and subcontractor invoices and ensure accurate and timely payments Communicate invoice changes to vendors Perform data entry of invoices into the accounting system Ensure proper documents are in place for suppliers and subcontractors Track payments to subcontractors and suppliers Research and troubleshoot invoicing and payment issues Process credit card statements for payment Michael Petrylak Liberty Personnel Services, Inc.
