• Shadow experienced agents to learn the ins and outs of the real estate industry.
• Assist in generating leads and building a client base through various marketing strategies.
• Participate in client meetings to understand their needs and preferences.
• Support the preparation of property listings, ensuring accurate and appealing presentations.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated on market trends and real estate practices.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Manage client communications, ensuring timely and professional responses to inquiries and concerns.

• Experience in customer service or sales roles, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build rapport with clients.
• Proven track record of being organized and detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.
