Job Overview Full‑time Sales Representative (Retail) at Walmart 5442 – Addison, IL 60101. Immediate hire. Paid training. No door‑to‑door or telemarketing. Responsibilities Engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas in a retail environment. Welcome customers, assess their needs, and tailor solutions to lower energy costs. Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environment. Maintain professional interaction with both customers and fellow employees. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Accurately document and report sales; submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Keep the workstation/kiosk clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
