Responsibilities include conducting outreach activities, initial eligibility assessments, and ensuring exceptional customer service to support our mission. Qualified candidates must possess a High School Diploma and have at least 1 year of relevant customer service experience. A valid Driver’s License and willingness to travel are also required.
