President, Hitlist

Hitlist is building an entertainment platform for live events, streaming, creators, and fan engagement. The platform starts with event infrastructure, ticketing, and live experiences, then expands into livestreams, premium content, creator profiles, merch, subscriptions, fan communities, and original entertainment IP. Hitlist is designed to help promoters, talent, producers, creators, and brands build direct relationships with audiences across live and digital experiences. We are looking for a President to lead Hitlist across strategy, partnerships, revenue, operations, and growth. This person will help build Hitlist into a category-defining platform for live culture, creator monetization, and fan-powered entertainment. Compensation ranges $125,000–$175,000 base salary + equity + performance bonus Responsibilities Lead Hitlist’s overall business strategy, growth, and revenue Build partnerships with promoters, event brands, talent, producers, creators, sponsors, and media partners Oversee Hitlist’s ticketing, event infrastructure, livestream, creator, and fan engagement strategy Develop Hitlist’s partner programs across Promoters & Event Brands, Talent, Producers, and Hitlist Studios Help scale exclusive partnerships, live event opportunities, original IP, and platform adoption Work across product, operations, production, marketing, sponsorships, payments, support, and reporting Build and manage the Hitlist team as the platform grows Qualifications Senior experience in entertainment, live events, ticketing, media, creator platforms, music, sponsorships, or consumer technology Strong understanding of how events, talent, creators, brands, and fans connect Experience building partnerships, revenue channels, and operational systems Ability to lead both platform strategy and real-world event execution Strong network across entertainment, culture, brands, talent, or live events Comfortable operating in an early-stage company with high ownership and speed Able to build teams, manage budgets, close partnerships, and drive growth Hitlist is for someone who understands where entertainment is going: live experiences, creator-led media, direct fan relationships, and culture moving in real time.
