Front Office Specialist

Complete Mind Care | King of Prussia, PA Complete Mind Care is a growing behavioral health practice looking for a friendly, outgoing, and enthusiastic Front Office Specialist to join our team at our new King of Prussia location! We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and makes others feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, dependable, and comfortable communicating with patients and team members throughout the day. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming, positive first impression. Check patients in and out for appointments and assist with scheduling. Answer incoming phone calls, respond to patient inquiries, and direct calls appropriately. Assist with routine administrative tasks and maintain an organized, professional front desk. Communicate effectively with patients and team members to help ensure smooth daily operations. Handle patient information with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and reliability. Previous customer service, hospitality, or receptionist experience is a plus, but not required. Schedule Full-time position. Morning/daytime schedule: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM. On-site at our new King of Prussia, PA location.
