Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, couple, and family therapy sessions, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse individuals and families facing various life challenges, including but not limited to relationship distress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. You will have the opportunity to employ different therapeutic modalities to address the needs of your clients effectively, employing a strengths-based approach to foster resilience and growth.

Qualifications\n

• Active Arizona LMFT licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure in Arizona is required.

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is necessary; a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related discipline is highly preferred.

• A strong clinical background in marriage and family therapy with a commitment to serving diverse populations is essential.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to connect and build rapport with clients.

• Ability to work autonomously while being an active and supportive team member.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfort navigating digital platforms for therapy sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling or therapy, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic techniques and client engagement strategies.

• Familiarity with telehealth services and best practices in remote therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package, with salaries ranging from $80,000 to $90,000, based on experience and qualifications.
