Business Development Manager

A growing and well-established commercial restoration and reconstruction company is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand its presence throughout the Phoenix Metro area. This is an excellent opportunity for a relationship-driven sales professional who understands the commercial construction, restoration, property management, facilities, or insurance markets and knows how to build a strong network of referral partners and commercial clients. What We're Looking For 3+ years of Business Development, Sales, or Account Management experience Established presence in the Phoenix Metro market, including Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Glendale, and surrounding communities Experience in commercial construction, commercial restoration, property management, facilities management, multifamily, insurance claims, or related B2B services Proven track record of developing, maintaining, and growing commercial client relationships Ability to build relationships with property managers, facility managers, building owners, general contractors, insurance professionals, adjusters, and other referral partners Strong networking skills with the ability to generate new opportunities through industry associations, networking events, referrals, prospecting, and strategic account development Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated professional with an entrepreneurial, hunter mentality Ability to develop new accounts while expanding relationships with existing clients What You'll Do Develop new commercial business throughout the Phoenix Metro market Build long-term relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, facility managers, contractors, insurance professionals, and strategic partners Identify and pursue opportunities in commercial restoration, reconstruction, emergency services, and construction Attend industry events, association meetings, networking functions, and client meetings Develop and execute a territory-specific business development strategy Maintain an active pipeline of prospects, referral partners, and commercial accounts Work closely with operations and leadership to convert opportunities into profitable projects Benefits Competitive base salary + commission/bonus opportunity 401(k) and comprehensive health benefits Company vehicle Company cell phone, equipment, and company card PTO and vacation Strong internal growth opportunities Established company with the resources and reputation to support continued expansion All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
