In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment growth through direct interaction with candidates and building strong relationships. Responsibilities Sales Target Achievement : The primary objective is to consistently meet and exceed sales goals through strategic prospecting, pitching, and closing deals. By employing a well‑thought‑out approach, the sales representative can effectively identify potential candidates, present compelling sales pitches, and successfully secure candidates. Candidate Relationship Management : Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates. Build trust and provide exceptional service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and foster repeat business. Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communications, marketing, or a related field. Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ATS/CRM software. Problem‑solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
