Registered Nurse (Rn) Emergency Room

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for a full-time Emergency Room role in Las Cruces, New Mexico. Position overview includes working within the emergency department in a fast-paced clinical environment with a diverse patient population. The collaborative care team includes RNs, EMTs, providers, and support staff.

Compensation includes a salary range of $74,880 $100,000, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and shift differentials available. The full-time day shift role involves performing patient assessments and implementing care plans, delivering emergency nursing care across a wide range of conditions, providing timely and accurate documentation, collaborating with an interdisciplinary care team, and supporting quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.

The environment includes a 19-bed emergency room with a 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratio and an approximate daily volume of 108 patients, including cardiac, stroke, trauma, and pediatric care. Requirements include a current RN license, an associate's degree in nursing, BLS certification within 30 days of hire, and ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required within 6 months of hire. Acute care experience is preferred.
