Reporting to the Assistant Controller. Responsibilities: 1. Own and manage key accounting functions, including Accounts Receivable, revenue, billings, collections, and general ledger activities. 2. Execute month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, flux analysis, and financial reporting support. 3. Analyze financial results, investigate variances between actuals and budget, and provide meaningful insights to leadership. 4. Assisting in forecasting activities for revenue, billings and collections 5. Partner with external auditors and assist with annual audit preparation and requests. 6. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and increased efficiency. 7. Prepare ad hoc reporting and financial analysis to support business decisions. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 2. Experience in both Public Accounting & private is a must (Big 4 preferable) 3. Any experience with ERP Systems and CRM.
