Build your Legacy.Come to TTL.Responsibilities:Primary responsibilities may include, but not limited to:Work closely with managers to design and post job ads on multiple recruiting platformsInterview and screen prospective applicants regarding knowledge, skills, and experienceInform prospective applicants and new hires about position details, working conditions, benefits, etc.Assist with scheduling in-person interviewsCommunicate with candidates throughout the application processConduct pre-employment screenings and reference checksAttend college career fairs. Help provide support to register, deliver booth materials and work with marketing to develop materials and swag items as needed.Assist with the employee referral programParticipate and assist in other HR activitiesRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications or related field. In lieu of degree at least 5 years of direct HR or recruiting experience.Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and maintain attention to detailDisplay tact and professionalism with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, employees and managersProficient in Microsoft Office software, particularly: Word, Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams is helpful.Strong customer service and relationship-building skillsSelf-motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn and take initiativeCommunicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writingAble to multi-task, adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environmentJob Type: Full-time.This role will be based in the Corporate office in Tuscaloosa with a M-F 8AM-5PM work schedule.This position is subject to a pre-employment drug and motor vehicle record check.
