As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and creative  Remote Graphic Designer to join our team. This position is ideal for a designer who enjoys turning customer concepts and project specifications into professional, production-ready artwork for signage and visual communications.

Position Overview

As a  Remote Graphic Designer , you will be responsible for creating, editing, and preparing digital artwork for a variety of signage projects. You will work closely with our production and sales teams to ensure designs meet customer expectations while being technically accurate and ready for production.

The ideal candidate has strong graphic design skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a remote work environment.

Responsibilities May Include

• Create original artwork and layouts for signs, banners, vehicle graphics, displays, and other visual products.
  
• Review customer specifications, measurements, logos, and brand guidelines to develop accurate designs.
  
• Prepare and modify artwork for digital printing, vinyl cutting, routing, and other sign-production processes.
  
• Ensure files are properly sized, scaled, formatted, and production-ready.
  
• Collaborate with sales, production, and installation teams to resolve design and production issues.
  
• Make revisions based on customer and internal feedback.
  
• Maintain organized digital files and follow company naming and file-management procedures.
  
• Perform quality-control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and visual appeal.
  
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize work according to production schedules and deadlines.
  
• Stay current with graphic design trends, software updates, printing technologies, and signage industry standards.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer or in a related design role.
  
• Strong proficiency with  Adobe Creative Cloud , particularly Illustrator and Photoshop.
  
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color, composition, and branding.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
  
• Ability to interpret written specifications, measurements, sketches, and customer concepts.
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with a remote team.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects while consistently meeting deadlines.
  
• Reliable computer, high-speed internet connection, and suitable home workspace.
  
• Portfolio demonstrating relevant graphic design work.
  

Skills That Would Be a Plus

• Experience designing for the  sign, printing, advertising, or graphics industry .
  
• Experience preparing files for large-format printing and vinyl production.
  
• Knowledge of substrates, vinyl, banners, vehicle graphics, and other signage materials.
  
• Familiarity with vector-based production artwork and large-format printing requirements.
  
• Experience with RIP software or other print-production software.
  
• Understanding of bleed, cut lines, scaling, color profiles, and other production specifications.
  
• Experience designing vehicle wraps, storefront signage, dimensional lettering, or environmental graphics.

Remote Position

This is a  fully remote position . The successful candidate must be able to maintain reliable internet connectivity, communicate effectively with team members, attend virtual meetings as needed, and consistently meet project deadlines.

Occasional travel or in-person meetings may be requested for training, team meetings, or special projects.
