Together, our dedicated associates work hard to build excellent resident experiences while maintaining high-quality homes and ensuring potential residents are presented with a rental property they can't refuse.Your Role on the TeamManaging the Property Management team as well as a portfolio of single-family residential homes maximizing net operating income per asset and portfolioOverseeing daily property portfolio operations which may include, rent collection, administrative responsibilities, accounts payables, and eviction processingMaintaining occupancy levels, ensuring positive resident relations and complying with all reporting requirementsManaging resident and property related issues as they arise and document in specified property management systemManaging all electronic record keeping, including lease files for the residents in the assigned area; ensures file management quality control including document storage in proprietary databaseHandling all cash and accounts receivable management for assigned assetsParticipating in team projects as required to enhance resident satisfaction and business outcomesYour Experience IncludesAn Associates degree in Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Bachelor's degree preferred.Real Estate License preferredProven experience in single-family rental experience or property management industryProficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office applications – Salesforce preferredStrong customer service, written and verbal communication, organizational and interpersonal skills required to maintain strong relationships with customers and staffAbility to create, implement and manage a budget and generate financial reporting out of systemsCan effectively work independently and as a member of various teams and committeesMust possess a valid driver's license, and access to their own motor vehicleWillingness to use personal cell phoneAvailability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends as neededAbility to travel via own vehicle within assigned area a minimum of 20% of the timeWhy UsWe stand for flexibility, opportunity, and a home that people can make their own.
