Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator Hybrid Role - Onsite 3 days per week in Vinings, GA Perm Position (No Sponsorship) Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator Responsibilities: Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business objectives into Salesforce solutions Facilitate requirements gathering; document functional, technical, reporting, and data requirements; create user stories and maintain project artifacts following Agile Scrum methodologies Coordinate integration of Salesforce with external systems (ERPs, CRMs, marketing platforms, third-party apps) ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment Develop and deliver user training programs; support user adoption and ongoing usage Build reports and dashboards to drive visibility and engagement within Salesforce Manage custom configurations and setups supporting applications built with the LWC framework Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver impactful and scalable solutions that meet evolving business needs Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator Requirements: 10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, requirements gathering, and user story development (Agile and waterfall) At least 8 years specifically gathering requirements and supporting custom applications on the Salesforce Lightning Cloud Platform Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops, document business requirements, and translate into actionable solutions Hands‑on experience in data quality management within Salesforce; Excel VLOOKUP skills Skilled in requirement gathering illustration tools like Figma Salesforce Business Analyst / Administrator Preferred Experience: Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, and third‑party app implementations/integrations Strong technical skills: Salesforce APIs, Apex Programming, Flows, LWC, SOQL, metadata updates, and data import/export Proven track record leading large digital transformation projects and multi‑vendor environments The annual salary for this position is dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). *Note: Disclosure as required by the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (CO), NYC Pay Transparency Law, and sb5761 (WA) Synergis is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
