The role

We're hiring a Strategy & Operations Lead to work directly with leadership on the problems that matter most as we scale. You'll turn priorities into plans, plans into execution, and make sure the company runs well while it grows quickly.

What you'll do

• Drive company planning, goal-setting and the operating cadence that keeps teams aligned.

• Lead high-priority strategic projects from scoping through execution.

• Build the reporting and analysis leadership uses to make decisions.

• Design and improve how we work across commercial, delivery and product.

• Own special projects across hiring, partnerships, pricing and expansion.

What we're looking for

• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or a strategy and operations role at a high-growth company.

• Strong analytical skills and clear, structured writing.

• A track record of getting things done across teams without formal authority.

• Comfort with ambiguity and being an early hire without a finished playbook.

Nice to have

• Experience in life sciences, healthcare or enterprise software.
