WE’RE HIRING: Customer Service Representative

Glass Doctor of North Texas is looking for a friendly, dependable, and energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team!

If you’re great with people, communicate well, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy helping customers, we want to meet you.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer incoming customer calls and provide excellent service
• Schedule appointments and coordinate customer needs
• Communicate with customers, technicians, and team members
• Maintain accurate customer information and job details
• Help create a smooth, positive customer experience from the first phone call forward
