Description What Awaits You

• Execute routine and advanced clinical lab tests across various disciplinesincluding chemistry, hematology, and immunologywhile adhering to established protocols.
• Ensure results are accurate, troubleshoot discrepancies, and conduct regular maintenance and calibration on essential lab instruments.
• Support specimen collection processes and prepare samples for comprehensive testing as necessary.
• Keep detailed documentation of all procedures, assist with the training of new team members, and sustain lab quality standards.
• Promote a clean, safe working environment by strictly adhering to regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health field, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Maintain continuous certification throughout your career.
