Creative Project Manager - Digital Marketing
Hybrid: ONSITE TUES/WED/THUR

Our client, a leading global pharmaceutical company, is expanding its digital team and seeking a Creative Project Manager to manage a high volume of digital projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have experience managing digital projects (websites, emails, banner ads, etc.) from kickoff through completion, with a strong eye for detail and experience with quality control, asset testing, and project documentation. Agency experience or a background in pharmaceutical or healthcare environments is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple digital projects, including websites, emails, banner ads, applications, and other digital assets.
• Coordinate projects from initiation and kickoff through reviews, approvals, production, QC, and final delivery.
• Partner with creative, digital, account, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, communications, and documentation.
• Conduct or coordinate quality control and asset testing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify project risks and proactively resolve issues to keep work moving forward.
• Manage competing priorities in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Support estimates, timelines, billing, and project tracking as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience managing a variety of digital projects.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume workloads.
• Exceptional attention to detail and experience with QC, asset testing, and documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
• Agency experience or pharmaceutical/healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Familiarity with AEM, website development, HTML, UI/UX, SEO, or digital/mobile metrics is a plus.
