Associate Producer

Supporting a dynamic production team, the part-time Associate Producer will assist with project management, stakeholder meetings, and production logistics while working in a hybrid environment in Redmond, WA. Key responsibilities Meet with stakeholders to assess production needs and manage project schedules Organize crew assignments and maintain production documentation, including call sheets and schedules Provide project-based support to producers and assist in video quality assurance Required qualifications 1-2 years of experience in video production General knowledge of camera, lighting, and audio equipment Familiarity with production and post-production workflows Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite High school diploma or equivalent required
