Associate Producer (Freelance)

Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt

Location: Remote (U.with travel required (35%+)

Partner with production and creative teams to translate concepts into executable production plans.

Coordinate production vendors, technical directors, audiovisual partners, fabricators, entertainment partners, freelancers, and crew.

Support staging, lighting, audiovisual, scenic, digital, entertainment, and experiential elements.

Develop and maintain production documentation, schedules, trackers, specifications, and run-of-show materials.

Participate in client meetings, production calls, site visits, and presentations.

Communicate updates, needs, risks, and next steps clearly and proactively.

Budget & Financial Management

Support event reconciliation and financial closeout.

On-Site & Operational Excellence

Coordinate production logistics, including venue requirements, crew schedules, travel, shipping, talent needs, load-in/load-out, rehearsals, and technical production.

Support site inspections, rehearsals, show flow, and on-site production execution.

Serve as the on-site lead, at times, for assigned production areas, vendors, or event elements.

Anticipate production needs and potential challenges, escalating risks and helping develop practical solutions.

Support safety, contingency planning, and production quality control.

Experience supporting conferences, meetings, brand experiences, activations, or other live events.

• Strong organizational and project management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership of assigned workstreams and follow projects through to completion.

Experience in an event or creative agency environment.

Exposure to entertainment, speaker management, content production, or technical production.

The pay range for this role is:

65,000 - 85,000 USD per year (Remote (United States))
