Food and Beverage Supervisor Full Time Emeline, Charleston, SC, US The Food & Beverage Supervisor supports the daily operations of the property’s Food & Beverage outlets by balancing hands‑on floor supervision with administrative and departmental support. This role helps ensure smooth service, strong team member communication, consistent standards, and a thoughtful guest experience. This position is ideal for an organized, hospitality‑focused leader who can support team members, respond to guest needs, coordinate large party details, assist with ordering and inventory, and help maintain clean, safe, and efficient operations. Requested Tasks Supervise scheduled outlet shifts and support daily Food & Beverage operations. Assist guests with service needs, requests, and concerns. Provide direction, task support, and communication to team members. Coordinate large party details, documentation, setup needs, and follow‑up. Support ordering, inventory, sanitation, records, and department administration. Food & Beverage, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience. Strong guest service, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to stay organized and follow through on operational details. Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, ordering, and inventory. Ability to work a flexible, physically active schedule based on business needs.
