Serve as a subject matter expert for specific director roles. Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth shift execution. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. Training and Development Train, coach, and mentor team members and trainers. Collaborate with the Training Director to ensure adequate training for all team members. Identify ongoing training opportunities for team development. Operational Excellence Work with the Operations Director to achieve proper scheduling and labor productivity. Set and communicate daily goals with your team. Ensure food safety compliance with Chick-fil-A Brand Standards and local health regulations. Sales and Profitability Help implement strategies to increase sales and profitability. Lead by example and inspire your team to follow suit.
