Staff Assistant II, Inflight – Phoenix, AZ Responsibilities Provide a wide variety of office duties including typing, filing, telephone coverage, greeting, handling mail, ordering office supplies, updating manuals, arranging travel and hotel accommodations. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports from automated databases. Answer multi-line telephone and direct/transfer calls. Coordinate meeting arrangements and maintain filing systems. Receive and direct visitors. Collect, distribute, review, screen, and prioritize mail. Perform other duties as required. Work rotating shifts, including holidays, weekends, and days off as required. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or GED equivalency. Previous office/clerical experience. Preferred Qualifications None specified. Skills, Licenses & Certifications Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Knowledge of policies, procedures, and corporate structure. Ability to prioritize work, be detail-oriented, and meet deadlines. Ability to perform in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Self‑motivation and strong organizational skills. Ability to grasp concepts and functionalities of specific software and programs. Ability to learn new software applications and apply knowledge.
