Personal Lines Account Manager

Western Dakota Insurors, Inc. (WDI) is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in our downtown Rapid City office. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience servicing personal lines insurance accounts and working with multiple insurance carriers.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll build lasting relationships with clients while assisting with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, certificates, claims support, and other day-to-day service needs. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, provides exceptional customer service, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include:

• Service and support a Personal Lines book of business
• Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and client inquiries
• Work with multiple carriers to market and place coverage
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive account management

Requirements

This position requires the following:

• 3–5 years of Personal Lines account management experience preferred
• Experience working with multiple insurance carriers
• Property Casualty license (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, on-site environment
• Exceptional customer service mindset and skills
• High school diploma, prefer a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
