Key Qualifications:

• Active New York State Social Work Certification (NYS Cert for SW) required
• Experience working in school environments preferred

• Proven skills in crisis intervention, case management, and resource coordination

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and barriers to learning
• Deliver counseling services individually and in groups
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop intervention strategies
• Connect students and families with community resources and supports
• Provide crisis response and intervention as needed
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation
