Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive initial evaluations of patients with orthopedic concerns, assessing their physical condition, mobility, strength, and functional status.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on evaluation findings, patient goals, and evidence-based practices.
• Provide hands-on therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation, tailored to each patient's needs.
• Instruct patients and their families on effective at-home exercise regimens, injury prevention strategies, and self-care techniques to support ongoing rehabilitation.
• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case discussions and joint treatment planning to optimize patient care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress, treatment responses, and care adjustments in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work primarily with patients suffering from orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, and chronic pain management. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
