Invoicing Specialist

Invoicing Specialist Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm $25 POSITION SUMMARY: This position will process orders, match and approve vendor billing, process customer returns and credits, and perform other order management duties as assigned. Part of the validation process includes matching the invoice against a purchase order and shipping receipt and verifying the seller’s information, pricing, payment terms, and total amount due. Must have invoicing experiences and be able to solve problems with invoicing and special orders. Client is working on adding additional work stations. This position will be required to work in production area to learn all aspects of the operations - willingness to work in back office production envirionment is a must. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent ISO experience - understanding processes Invoicing experience Must have proficient computer skills.
