HR Generalist — People & Compliance in Healthcare (Onsite)
Noble Hearts HR Consulting Inc.
Conifer Park is seeking an experienced HR Generalist to handle a broad range of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HRIS administration, and policy compliance. The role works closely with the VP of HR across inpatient and outpatient sites in a unionized healthcare setting. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist experience, familiarity with collective bargaining agreements, and experience with #J-18808-Ljbffr Noble Hearts HR Consulting Inc.
