Job Description
Our Hiring Partner is building the next generation of AI-powered solutions for legal, compliance, and regulatory workflows, and they're looking for 2-3 Founding Account Executives to join their team in New York City.
\n \nThis is not your typical AE role.
\n \nYou'll work directly with the Founders to build the go-to-market motion from scratch, shape the sales strategy, and help define customer segments, pricing, positioning, and pipeline generation for a venture-backed AI company at an early stage.
\n \nWhat You'll Be Doing:
\n \n✅ Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
\n✅ Building pipeline through outbound, networking, events, and creative GTM initiatives
\n✅ Experimenting across enterprise and mid-market customer segments
\n✅ Partnering directly with Founders on sales strategy and market feedback
\n✅ Helping create the playbook that future sales hires will follow
\n \nWhat We're Looking For:
\n \n✔ 3-6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience
\n✔ At least 1 year as a full-cycle AE at a high-growth or early-stage startup
\n✔ Proven history of exceeding quota (150%+ attainment preferred)
\n✔ Strong outbound prospecting and hunting mentality
\n✔ Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building from zero-to-one
\n✔ Demonstrated drive through rapid promotions, entrepreneurship, athletics, academics, or other high-achievement environments
\n \nBonus Points For:
\n \n➕ Enterprise sales experience
\n➕ Experience selling into regulated industries or life sciences
\n➕ Technical or engineering background
\n➕ Previous founding or early GTM experience
\n \nCompensation & Benefits:
\n \n$140K-$220K Base Salary
\n15% Commission Structure
\n0.1%-0.5% Equity
\nOn-site in New York City (5 days/week)
\nRelocation support available for exceptional candidates
