Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic evaluations and assessments to identify clients' mental health needs accurately.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are measurable and tailored to the specific challenges and goals of each client.

• Provide high-quality psychotherapy and behavioral therapy sessions, adapting techniques to meet clients' evolving needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including detailed progress notes and treatment updates, to comply with department policies and regulations.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to create and adjust treatment plans, including aftercare and discharge planning based on psychosocial assessments.

• Assist clients in discharge planning and care coordination by effectively communicating with other healthcare providers and community resources, streamlining access to necessary services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals and families, including those facing complex relational dynamics. You’ll address a diverse range of issues such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, and trauma. Our clients come from various backgrounds, making cultural competency and sensitivity essential skills that will enhance your effectiveness as a therapist.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or equivalent.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited educational program.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in an outpatient therapy setting.

• Strong proficiency in computer systems, including word processing documents, email management, spreadsheets, and electronic medical records platforms.

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
