LoanIQ Trainer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a LoanIQ Trainer to join their team. As a LoanIQ Trainer, you will be part of the Wholesale Lending Operations supporting system conversion and training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong facilitation abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: LoanIQ Trainer

Location: Charlotte, NC/ Irving, TX (3 days onsite every week)

Position type: 18 months contract with high possibility of extension/Conversion

What's the Job?

• Design and deliver instructor-led LoanIQ training sessions for Operations users

• Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including presentations, job aids, and knowledge checks

• Create role-based training content and real-world practice lab scenarios aligned with business processes

• Configure training/test environments to enable hands-on learning experiences

• Partner with business and operations teams to support procedure creation and reviews

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of LoanIQ experience with strong functional knowledge of lending operations workflows

• Proven experience delivering system training, preferably on LoanIQ or similar lending platforms

• Ability to clearly explain complex processes and system functionality to end users

• Experience developing training materials, job aids, and structured learning content

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
