To drive impactful product launches and market momentum, the full-time remote Director of Product Marketing will manage end-to-end product launches, leverage data for strategic decisions, and lead a diverse team of marketers to enhance Engine's positioning and growth in the B2B SaaS space. Key responsibilities Own product launches by building and executing the launch playbook across product lines Translate product roadmaps into compelling narratives and orchestrate marketing campaigns to generate market momentum Lead and mentor a verticalized team of product marketers, enhancing their effectiveness and driving cross-functional collaboration Required qualifications Extensive experience in product marketing within B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of successful product launches Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools like Looker and Amplitude for performance assessment Demonstrated leadership ability managing teams across varying levels of product and go-to-market maturity Creative thinker with the capacity to design systems and frameworks that enable scalability and self-service Excellent writing and communication skills, capable of conveying ideas effectively from documentation to market execution
