Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter

Summary Summary The Human Resources Generalist - Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process while serving as a primary point of contact for employee relations and hiring trends within the All Native Shared Services subsidiary. This role blends high-level sourcing and talent acquisition strategies with generalist duties to support business objectives across specific industry sectors. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000Comprehensive federal benefits package available to full-time employees, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan participation. Essential Functions Recruitment & Sourcing: Executes full-cycle recruiting tasks, partnering with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define unique search strategies for our federla contracting staffing initiatives. Employee Relations: Acts as a consultant and advisor to partners and employees within assigned subsidiaries to resolve workplace issues and foster a positive work environment. Pipeline Development: Proactively recruits passive candidates and develops ongoing pipelines through industry events, conferences, and diverse sourcing channels. Candidate Management: Leads candidate screening methodologies and utilizes closing techniques to guide partners and candidates through the offer and acceptance process. Reporting & Analytics: Regularly updates recruiting systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to ensure accurate data for business analysis and project tracking. Strategy & Collaboration: Leads "scoping discussions" to kick off searches and deploy countermeasures when necessary to keep projects moving toward timely completion. Competencies Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze hiring data and industry trends. Technical Proficiency: Skilled in MS Office 365 tools and contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Communication & Influence: Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and spoken communication skills. Flexibility & Initiative: Ability to work independently under general direction in a fast-paced environment. Stress Management: High level of poise and professionalism when handling complex employee relations or high-volume hiring. Supervisory Responsibility None required for this position. Work Environment This role operates in a professional office environment using standard equipment such as computers, phones, and photocopiers. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position, typically Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with evening and weekend hours required as needed by the business. Travel Travel is primarily local during the business day. Experience and Education 3-7 years of sourcing or full-cycle recruiting experience desired. 2+ years of experience with federal contracting recruitment preferred. BA or BS degree preferred. Professional recruiting certifications are a plus.
