Inside Sales Representative

Axios Professional Recruitment is partnered with a well-established plastics distribution and processing company seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their Grand Rapids office. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, customer-focused, and driven to support both company goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage an established customer base with an intention to exceed customer expectations in every interaction
• Price and process new business, cancellations, and changes
• Solve customer delivery and material challenges with a sense of urgency
• Communicate any updates to existing orders including unexpected delays
• Collaborate with the operations team and territory managers on behalf of the customer
• Document all order updates to ensure accurate tracking and communication
• Perform any other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Business, or related field experience
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, proportions, area, circumference and volume
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience using CRM or data tracking systems
• Desire to grow within an organization and contribute to a team environment
