About the Role
Staffing Inc is seeking a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Associate to manage assigned accounts and programs while driving revenue growth. This role focuses on building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional service within a manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales goals to grow existing accounts and generate new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers
• Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective and current clients
• Manage customer quote requests by coordinating with Estimating, reviewing quotes, and negotiating terms
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support order fulfillment and program planning
• Partner with Sales and Production teams to oversee new product launches and ensure smooth implementation
• Manage and track prospects throughout the full sales cycle while maintaining a healthy pipeline
• Compile and analyze data to generate reports and insights for management
• Investigate and assist in resolving customer concerns or complaints
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within CRM systems (Salesforce)
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in a technical sales or related role
• Previous experience within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to learn and utilize CRM systems (Salesforce) and sales tools
• Ability to interpret and analyze reporting metrics

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Primarily office-based role with occasional movement throughout the facility
• Regularly required to sit and communicate
• Occasionally required to stand, walk, and handle materials
• May be required to lift or move items up to 50 pounds
• Vision abilities include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
