Area Sales Manager

Conduct ongoing competitive market analysis including monitoring pricing trends, product offerings, incentive programs, inventory movement, and overall market activity within assigned territories.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external resources to gather and evaluate market intelligence, identify growth opportunities, and support strategic business planning.
Assist senior leadership in developing and executing sales strategies that align with division goals, revenue targets, and market conditions.
Monitor industry trends and maintain awareness of top-performing sales professionals within the market to support future talent acquisition efforts.
Participate in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding high-performing sales professionals and support staff.
Foster a high-performance sales culture through recognition programs, team engagement initiatives, and performance-based incentives.
Establish clear expectations, performance metrics, and accountability measures for all sales team members while providing consistent coaching and support.
Lead regular one-on-one meetings, performance reviews, and development discussions to drive individual and team success.
Ensure effective utilization and adoption of CRM tools to maintain customer engagement, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy.
Provide ongoing sales coaching through mentoring, role-play exercises, field observations, and professional development activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, streamline sales processes, and support business objectives.
Analyze sales performance reports and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and drive results.
Support special projects, operational initiatives, and other leadership responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills & Experience
• Minimum of 5 years new home sales experience required
• Minimum of 2 years Management experience required, with focus on sales coaching and training preferred
• Active Florida Real Estate License Required
• Valid Drivers License required
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM and other systems
• Business minded sales professional that is knowledgeable and understands establishing and achieving sales goals and budgets
• Strong coaching and mentoring skills,
• Adept at building trusting, professional relationships with prospective homebuyers in order to procure sales
• High energy, outgoing, professional demeanor
• Excellent Communication (written and verbal) skills


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or minimum equivalent experience required
