Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker within our hospice center, your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aimed at providing effective psychotherapy services. Key tasks include:

• Developing personalized treatment plans using evidence-based and solution-focused interventions tailored to each individual.

• Administering therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to assist clients in managing their emotions and coping with the challenges of hospice care.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation that complies with HIPAA regulations and internal standards.
