Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will mainly include stable adults who have been carefully screened to ensure they are low acuity, allowing you to focus on impactful therapeutic work. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Must possess a valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), issued by a state board. Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted.

• Ability to make sound clinical evaluations and decisions regarding treatment planning and implementation based on professional judgment.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, embodying empathy and a supportive attitude towards clients.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly with telehealth platforms and electronic documentation tools.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range between USD 80,000 and 100,000, depending on experience, hours worked, and full-time vs. part-time status.
